ORTHOPAEDIC FELLOW
Dr Don Osborne in conjunction with The Maitland Hospital offers an Orthopaedic Fellowship in Knee and Shoulder Surgery. This is for a period of 12 months. All the doctors who participate in the fellowship programme are fully qualified orthopaedic surgeons who are seeking to gain additional experience and training in surgery for shoulder and knee patients. During this time they are in a predominantly observational role.
Our most recent fellow Dr Sondre Hassellund completed this fellowship in July 2017. Dr Hassellund completed his Orthopaedic Training at University Hospital in Oslo, Norway.
